What the heck !?!?
Whoa, this is insane, I have been nothing but nice.... since two weeks after opening WR, we did not accept members from SEVERAL Countries, as I was advised by other more experienced owners. But, being the soft hearted person I am, I gave everyone a chance.... that was my mistake. Cheater after cheater popped up continuously. I sent out warning after warning, chance ofter chance. 2nd chances turned into 12th chance. Finally after receiving several of the nastiest, rudest emails I have EVER received AFTER emailing out that Cheating will NOT be tolerated, I finally gave up and decided to enforce what was already on the Homepage and Terms since Day 16 !!! I am NOT a scam !! I have ALWAYS been VERY upfront about payments and VERY patient when it came to people needing help or not understanding something.... And this is why there are so FEW GOOD sites even left.... people like the "members" below running them off with their unexperienced lies.
It makes me so upset and almost sick to my stomach to read that crap, whether it's about myself or another good owner.

Scam site.
I guess I have to agree with Morphy about this site being a scam. I joined earned almost $3.00 and put in for a cashout. Waited the 40 days and instead of being paid I was deleted. I tried to contact the admin as to why I was deleted but have been waiting for over 2 weeks without hearing anything from them.
So after putting in many hours I have lost over $4.00 in earnings to this scam.

If you are joining this website, u must be careful now. The owner of this website is not honest and fair at all. She has even judged all members from Asia Continents are all cheaters and then directly deleted all members' account from these Continents. I believe the main reason she deleted the members from Asia Continents is because she cannot afford payment to all those Asian Continents members, so by deleting all members from these continents, she does not need to pay at all and free to 'corrupt' and 'enjoy' the money for her own. Anyway, congratulations for the owner of this website, now you are one of the corrupter and liar. Hopefully your website will soon be banned and u get jailed because of cheating your members money!!

about this site WindrunnerPtc.info can only words of praise because it is an extremely good site offering 0.0005/click in PTC and PTR that matters enormously to achieve min cashout ..only 1.5$ for free members while many sites offer even 0.0001/click (insignificant). Another issue deals ... .. many of these offers can only be so quick $ 5 ... 6 .... a very good site for connoisseurs:))

First, I do refer on GPT sites a lot. This site has great promotions for referring. Not only can you get $0.50 right away from someone signing up but without any account upgrades you get a 3 tiers. 1st levels are 15%, while 2nd levels are 3%, and 3rd levels are 2%. Although with account upgrades not only do you get free referrals but those first two levels become 25% and 15%. I enjoy this a lot because some of my first levels are great at referring and make me some decent cash.
The site has a huge amount of high crediting offers. I'd like to see the value go up for each though (it seems they are $0.10 lower than everyone else). It's not a serious issue but of course pennies add up to dollars.
